CURATIVE HANDS 2026

Qigong with Meditation for Active Aging (45+ only)

Start your day with gentle Qigong to boost your energy, clear your thoughts, and get your blood flowing. This is pure mind-body medicine. Rather than New Age philosophy, this practice uses somatic movement and breathwork to: • Lowering stress and Anxiety • Strengthening muscles and bones • Reduces dependency on many medications • Better flexibilty and balance • Better sleep • Spiritual Growth • Better relationships • Better quality of life As a certified White Tiger Qigong instructor (Dragon Meridian Form) I teach Taoist Medical Qigong. This unique method blends ancient Taoist energy techniques and Chinese Medicine with modern sports science. By using slow, fluid, twisting movements and breathwork, we work together to free stagnant energy and restore total balance to your body and mind. Every 60 to 75-minute session is thoughtfully structured to help you unwind, reset, and connect with your body. We begin with 10 minutes of gentle stretching to release physical tension, followed by 30 to 40 minutes of fluid Qigong flow to cultivate balanced energy. We then transition into the final 15 to 20 minutes of guided meditation where you will experience a variety of traditional styles—including standing, sitting, walking, lying down, and mindful eating meditations. Tuesdays and Fridays 130pm-230pm (First 2 sessions are free, $40 per month afterwards) These sessions are intentionally designed for everyone 45 and over. We welcome all body types, experience levels, and physical backgrounds, including those managing age-related, genetic, or medical restrictions. Every movement is completely adaptable, meaning you can fully participate whether you prefer to practice standing up or sitting comfortably in a chair. No matter where you are on your wellness journey, this space is built to support you. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket, as body temperatures drop with decreased heartbeat. Please email or text me if you would like to attend, as spots are limited. Contact me for more information or to attend
